Railroad Street Dear Crafters and Artisans, We are excited to invite you to participate in the 30th Annual Sandwich Craft Fair, Under the Big Top! This year holds special significance, as we honor the legacy of Betty Erickson, who passed away in May. Betty was a driving force behind this cherished event, and we are proud to continue her tradition through the Betty Erickson-Carey Foundation. We welcome new and returning vendors to join us downtown for a day filled with community, creativity, and celebration.
SPACE DETAILS & PRICING: Spaces are 10x10 and located on blacktop.
Inside the tent: $60 per space. Outside tent (bring your own canopy): $50 per space. Please specify if you are a returning vendor. SHOW RULES: No equipment provided. Vendors are required to bring their own tables and chairs. No electricity available. Set-up begins at 6:00 AM and must be completed by 8:45 AM.
Please park in designated areas after unloading. Vendors must not occupy shopper parking. Vendors are responsible for their booths at all times.
Applications must be received by September 10, 2025. Late fee: $5.00 if received after September 10. The fair will take place rain or shine under the tent.
NO REFUNDS.
No early takedown booths must remain up until 4:00 PM.
